Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

To properly assess any issue:

- The received product
- The defect or damage
- The original packaging

If a product is confirmed to be damaged or defective:
✔ We will provide a free replacement shipment
or
✔ Offer a similar replacement item if the original is unavailable
🔹 Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper use
🔹 Exchanges
For voluntary exchanges (non-defective items), customers must return the original item and place a new order.
🔹 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason.
